Think of this as the ‘nuts and bolts’ no investor wants to deal with. We handle the full setup of your investment in our systems, verify prospective renters, and coordinate needs before/as they arise. Premium: NO Setup Fee. $250 Coordination Fee
Enhanced: $250 Setup Fee plus $350 Coordination Fee

Maintenance

We partner with you to offer comprehensive programs that manage your property from start to finish. This includes preventive cleanup, repair requests, issue diagnosis, scheduling, confirming completion with photo documentation, and keeping all parties informed. We handle invoice processing and payments.

Given that every investor’s comfort level is different, we work with you to set and automate your maintenance expense threshold. This ensures that routine repairs can move forward quickly, while larger expenses get your review and approval before work begins.
